At Learning Concepts Ltd we believe that learning is a skill. That means that the more you practise learning, the better you get at it. Most people would agree that physical fitness comes from doing some of sports training or physical exercise on a regular basis. The more you do, the more physically fit you get.

Learning is really just a form of mental fitness. The more you study or learn, the better you get at it. You will find that you can remember more, concentrate for longer and find learning much easier if you become mentally fit.

The following exercises, if done regularly, will help you become mentally fitter and will help you get more from the courses you study with Learning Concepts Ltd.

It has long been established that there is a direct link between memory and concentration. So if you can improve your memory then you can improve your concentration. These memory exercises, as well as being fun, will help to improve your concentration and study skills. Do them daily for two weeks and see the improvement you have made.

 Football Fever

Are you mad about the beautiful game? Football Fever is a fantastic way for football fans to improve their number skills! Play Football Fever on a computer just like a board game.

The aim is to travel around the world, playing matches against local league teams. You roll the dice and then move around the board. When you stop, you take a challenge. The challenges let you practise your number skills - and you score goals if you get the answer right!
